Default Vertical Doors?

I just got a set of vertical doors for my 97 accord $500 shipped (xmas deal).. Anyone know around the price for installation? Also, whats your view on them? IMO, my car is no race car and wont be unless I really drop some money into it so Im going for the more JDM/Show look.

Thanks for your input! Justin

Oh anyone else around the York, PA area, I run a club called Exclusive Compactz, if your looking for a club hit me up <https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...emwink.gif> Later guys.

P.S. I posted this in the Accord forum and they said to move it here, thanks.

Couldn't have said it better..

Look into paying a good bit for installation.

BTW there's no such thing as JDM/Show when it comes to vertical doors...

they may be cool for the "show" factor, but they suck for practicality. I would know my little brother has them and I could punch him in the face everytime i try to get in the car.

good luck

If you ask me, the only Veilside kit that's ever looked half-way decent, was the R33 Drag Car. The majority are just so far beyond reality, that it's scary.

Well thanks for your opinions. I have a mugen lip kit, JDM headlights, CF eyelids, carbonfiber hood, getting the car painted blue with silver flake in march. So I would consider that somewhat show, somewhat JDM. So you say around 250-300 for install? My friend got them installed and he loves them on his Celica. So I guess we'll see.

And what club are you in Tuesday Club? See you at the shows? I know how to spell but preferred to not copy and make it somewhat individual.

* BTW the kit is a bolt-on so I hope its not too bad with fabrication *
