you shouldn't buy used head studs even if arp. I even have second thoughts about reuse them again...They are just like 110 shipped new. Just my 2 cent.

I don't think there is a problem with re-using ARP head studs because you are going through aluminum. When they are torque, they are not stretch like steel block on a V8. IMO it's ok if you're using only a couple of times.
