i bought a 2000 gsr 4 months ago and after i had the car for 3 months it got sideswiped by some chick on her cell driving an suv. driver's side and rear damage...the engine and trans are fine. in fact the car still ran well after the accident, just couldn't go anywere. i'm looking to get another teg and i'm selling this motor to get some extra cash. as the title says, i'm in tallahassee so if you wanna come pick it up you'll save some $$ on shipping. i've got the block, head, and trans. i'm looking to get $1500 for the engine (block/head) and $500 for the tranny. it's all stock except now the head has AEM adjustable cam gears...i may be replacing them with the stock ones. stock cams/valves. post up or email me kenjiface@yahoo.com

compression @ 235-240psi across the board.

 

I can vouche for how this motor ran, which was very good. (if it's the right car I"m thinkin about, the black GSR that with the black rota's?)


If it is the same car.. What about the wheels? You keepen em or are they gone or what?

sold the rota's to artyG...i'd part out the rest of the car but i think the insurance company already has it. i took the motor though so that's about all i got left of my baby :-( and yeah you're thinkin of the right one lol

How much for the complete motor and tranny? (harness, ECU, linkages, axels)

 

a) tranny sold locally.
b) still have bottom end, head/IM, axles, obd2b-obd1 harness. lookin for $1500 for the rest of that stuff or around a grand for the bottom end w/harness and axles (if wanted).
