Default Replacing Manual vice Electric Doors

I have to replace my rear passenger door. If I pick up a door at a Salvage Yard, can a manual door be used? Just swap the electric motor and assembly to the manual door? I called my local Honda dealer and they did not know.

going off my experiance with EG hatches - i would say yes, the door itself should be the same, you will just need to change the window mech, add the wire loom and the switches and door cards.
