just different options. how much power you make with an ems is entirely up to the tuner. you can use any obd1 ecu. p28, p30, p72, po6. as long as it's socketed and chipped.

you can only buy from a dealer. you're in socal, the mecca of west coast tuning. shouldnt be too hard to find a dealer/tuner.

go to hondata's website and contact them or see their list of dealers. Basically, you'll probably have to end up ordering it directly from one of the dealers, then taking your ecu and the hondata to a tuner to have them chip/socket it then have them tune your car from there. The s100 and the s200 are just your tuning capabilities program wise. The s200 gives you more options though....reasoning for the price hike. You can use an obd1 p28, p30, p08, p61, p72, p13....or a converted obd1 p06, p75, pr4, p05.

I can chip/socket the p28, p61, usdm p72 and usdm p30. I would just need the white 4 pin header plug that hondata sends you so I can solder than in for you.

There are other members here on h-t- who has the 4 pin header plug and can convert the non vtec ecu's to vtec ecu's. If you want their names, let me know and I can post up who to get in contact with. Can't do anything with obd2 ecu's though
