I know everybody uses chipped P28 with Hondata, but what about a Chipped P30 with hondata? Are they as compatable as a P28?

this is because p28's are more abundant than obd 1 p30/p72/p61 ecu's. Many people now are using converted p05/p06 ecu's and running crome/uberdata/etc.
