ive searched.. can anyone walk me through the process of tearing this thing apart and how to fix it.. understood i have to remove the t/b and it sits just under it..so i know what im looking at..

It's the part that the coolant lines hook to when you pull the TB off. Take the 2 8 mm screws out of the cover part of it. Screw the nylon "donut" back in using 2 straight screwdrivers. Screw it in as tight as you can get it. Put it all back together and fill your coolant.
its a 95..in a 94 civic si but i know that doesnt matter..yea i cant stand having the throttle go up and down and up and down...its killing me
The '95 DOES have a fast-idle thermo valve. It's #13 in the picture, on the bottom of the throttlebody.

You can also check & clean the idle-air control valve on the manifold, #14.
Make sure you bleed ALL air out of your cooling system, either one of these valves can get confused when air comes thru their coolant hoses.
