Default EAGLE ROD QUESTION? HELP

looking at making a 350 to 400 whp type s possibly more... eagle h beam rods and the rod bolts are ARP and they also say 2000 1.5 ... are these the rod bolts with all the horror stories or am i safe ... please post your experiences and give me your info along with pictures high horsepower failures PLEASE! THANKS

your safe with those rods. I have the same set and they are great. I am a machinist and we use them all the time at the shop. MY recent set up is eagle h beams with wiseco pistons.

I dont which eagle rods you have but i have read on other forums that there are two different models of eagle rods...the older ones and the newer ones...i read the older ones, on high horsepower applications create rod bolt stress and therefore spun rod bearings or worse.....you might want to look more into the this situation before possibly damaging your engine.

yea thats what i have also heard ... i just bought them through cybernation a few months ago ... how do i tell if there old or new?
