crank pulley tool????
That wont work with the honda like you think. Thats to pull the harmonic balancer off when its stuck on, it wont hold the crank to break the bolt loose.

Yep, or let the long arm rotate around, and rest on the frame rail, and use a breaker bar on the bolt.

I suck with this thing. I had 1-3 people pratically jumping on the breaker bar and that bitch wouldnt budge. I ended up taking my car to Hond aand letting them do what I was trying to do. Cheaper than bying the impact tools that most people recommended

believe it or not honda techs actually use that same tool when their impact guns arnt strong enough...they connect a long bar to that tool so it will hold tight and use a breaker bar+a long metal pipe to break loose the bolt...thats how one of the master techs does it at my workplace at honda

That's not used for Hondas. That's a harmonic balancer remover tool.

examine carefully:

OR
Put trans in 4th gear, have a buddy hold the brakes. while you break the nut loose.
Not all crank pulleys have the useful hexagon hole

Heres a tip if you/anyone uses an impact wrench.
Dont use the impact gun with any extension.
Use the socket directly on the gun. Ive never not been able to remove the crank pulley
ive even seen ways of using a long bar to the wrnech and cranking the motor to break it loose.

x2... that's the one I used. Works great if your pulley has the inner hex.

i think i see how it works now, the bolt on the 1 side is jammed against the flywheel teeth to stop the flywheel from moving, but i still dont know what the shaft in the pilot hole is for
