Im in Ny and we have ACE hardware stores local, they have a great selection of bolts make sure you replace them with grade 8 or 10.9 bolts. Home cheapo and lowes have ****. They are overpriced and never have metric sizes that you need and if they do they are like grade 5 bolts or you have to buy 2 packs of 3 bolts cause you need 4 bolts

For 10mm bolts (body panels) I find the interior 10 mm bolts are a perfect replacement. They give off that new look since most interior bolts are freaking mint.

ace is the only place I have found that sells flanged bolts like stock, like the washer part built into the head like

instead of like most bolts from other places

you could always just use a wire wheel adn clean off the rust for the most part and then paint the top of it or something if you want it to look halfway decent with just the cost of spray paint

i pieced together some bolts from lowes. cost about $.40 to make one vs. paying $1.50 from an online dealer.
modded 3/16" washer, 6mm-1 washer, and 6mm-1 bolt.

fixed all damaged threads in the process with a clean up tap.

Another one for the wire wheel. Wire wheel will clean up a bolt real nice.

wire wheel x3, almost my entire suspension is off my car ready for lots of new parts n i've been usin a wire wheel to clean off my bolts, look as good as new and it'd save on spendin however much for all new bolts throughout the suspension.

Eastwood makes a bolt "rebuild" kit, comes with a tumbler to clean the bolts, nuts, what have you and a replating kit to give them that new gold, zink look.

Other than that if I were to replace my bolts in my honda I would go order everything from honda.
