Default I officially hate brakes

ok, i have been working on my brakes for the past few months off and on becuase i havent had much time. anyways, i ended up having bad calipers and didnt' know it so i went through about 4 bottles of brake fluid. so i got some remans, which are a bitch to deal with.
i cant seem to figure out what these problems are i bled them pretty thoroughly, but when i actually drive it the pedal has to go to the floor to stop the car.
new master cylinder, all ss lines, new wheel cylinders, reman calipers.
and another problem is that every revolution of the front wheels it has a lot of friction. its just at one point and you can notice it at slow speeds and also when i tried to turn it when it was in the air it spins freely except for one spot it sticks a lot.
help me

for the front wheel, maybe a warped rotor?? as for the pedal, maybe a bad booster? also what order did u bleed the brakes in? should be like this.

is the rod that pushes on the m/c / booster adjusted properly? when the car is off and you pump the brakes does it get stiff?

Do you have a leak at the brake booster?

i dont think so i mean i pump the brakes a few times, then turn the car on and it sinks.
it actually keeps sinking to about 75%
i havent checked the check valve tho.
