Default what should my oil pressure and vaccum be at? 99 gsr

so i finally got all my **** put together on my 99 gsr turbo. i want to make sure my gauges are reading right. the oil pressure was at 50 psi. the engine was completely cold, 25 degrees outside, running mobil 1 synthetic with a k&n filter. the boost gauge was reading 19 in/Hg. it's a t3/t4 turbo if it makes a difference. do both of these numbers sound about right?

your oil pressure at cold startup should be aroun 45-50 at idle and drops to 25 - 30 at full warm engine.

vac looks right..
