Default hmm tachometer off?

Okay, well I have a 1989 Honda CRX SI, and it has a JDM D15B, I am 99% sure I have an Si tranny from an 89-91 or whatever, it seems like my RPMS are about 1000 RPMS off until HIGH RPMS, where it seems to be fine, it hits the fuel cut wehre it shold be and its doing the same top speeds 35, 60, 90, 120 , top spd but when i shift at 3000 rpms, I am doing way faster than my 95 Accord EX would, and from what i understand, the 3k shifts should be almost the same. Also a guy in here posted that 85 MPH on his Si tranny is at 4k rpms, and mine says 3k, but it sounds like its at 4k. So what I am wondering is, do you think my Tach is off? and how/where do I get it calibrated? im not really to worried about it, but im just fixing all the minor **** wrong with my car.
