I have 2-guage power wire from the battery to a Distributor Block (1 to 2 wires) then the two wires run to the fuse box and starter(Starter im using 4-gauge wire). Ground Im running about 1.5 ft of 2-Gauge Wire. Havnt had a single problem for over 2 years.(Cept for AZ batterys leaking)
i just ran a 4 gauge wire from the back to the front with a wire comming of the 4 guage and onto the starter and a smeler one for the fuse box. simple stuff really. and yu can put it where ever you want. on the for if you want. just remember flats happen and i wouldent want to leave my car to go get a spare from a friends house or even my house. hondas getting stollen left and right out here in tucson. oh just send another 4 gauge wire fro the ground strait to the chassis. i used a exsisting ground for the tail light in the center of the back wall of the car
buy a battery relocate kit from summit. then go to sears and buy a smaller battery box, since the one that comes in the kit is the size of a bathtub. thats what i did. if you run the power under the carpet on the passenger side, you will find white plastic clips that hold the wire pefectly. they are between the seat and the door molding along the floor
there are alot of post already containing the information you need...and you probably dont have to gut it be creative...only cut what needs to be cut.

you don't have to gut it. just pull the carpet back for a clean install. its very easy. plus if you run it on the pass. side the power comes in by the fuse block and the starter.
Yes, but. Try to buy just the cables. Go to sears and get the smaller battery box. It will be alot cheaper. And make your own battery hold down for inside the box, because the one in that kit doesn't work for small honda batteries. Plus its junk. I bought that kit and threw most of it away. It will be way cheaper my way.

thats exactly what you would do, the car itself will conduct as the ground. CLEAN everything on the surface before you ground it, I've gone as far as getting the wire wheel out to get the paint off, but nonetheless, just make sure its a clean firm connection. The only thing you have to worry about is the positive wire and terminal. It'll be ok, I promise.
alright yo i just recently did mine. this is all you have to do.
get some 8 gauge wire (to run from your fuse box to your starter)
about a foot of 4 gauge wire (for your ground)
and about 10-15 ft of 4 gsuge wire (to run from your postive terminal to your started.
DONE!!!

I grounded my batter in the back, about 1' from the battery box. I put a nice end on the wire and used an existing bolt. Positive goes to the starter. I believe everything in a car always gets the positive signal, and is then grounded.
