Default idle increases after sitting in traffic. not your average idle problem

ok, well ill start by saying that i searched for about 45 minutes and didnt find this problem anywhere. my problem is that after sitting in line at the bank or sitting in traffic, my idle will jump up to about 1600, then after like a minute more, it will go up to 2000. this is after my car has already warmed up and has been run for about 20 or so minutes. if anyone has had similar problems with any honda engine and found a solution, please let me know, its embarassing and just plain annoying. thanks everyone.

try bleeding your coolant, if air is getting into the IACV this could happen.

well ive got my IACV looped for the bypass mod for the IACV and FITV. there is probabily nothing but air in there; i didnt realize that looping it would make it idle like that. any advice on fixing my idle while utilizing the bypass mod? thanks man.
