Default D-series with equal length half-shafts

I'm trying to figure out which D series tranny I can use to have equal length half shafts...

I know the DOHC ZC tranny uses equal-length half shafts.
Problem is that not all D series blocks have holes in them for the midshaft support bearing.

So I'm wondering if there's any other D series blocks with bolt holes for the midshaft support, or any other D series transmissions other than the DOHC ZC with equal length half shafts.

I found this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

It's an auto tranny with equal length half shafts on a SOHC non-vtec ZC block. So do all ZC blocks have the bolt holes?

I can't find much info at all on this.

Yes but why run one on a D series? They are hard to find and they aren't cheap. Run the Si axles (same as Dx I beleive) and you will never have an issue.

Because I can feel the torque steer even with my stock D15B2, and it's annoying.

Other blocks have the hole, I just believe they aren't tapped.

I think its the 1.6 blocks that have the holes tapped. The 1.5s have holes too but they arent tapped...just tap the holes on your B2 and throw the ZC tranny on and itll work.

D15 blocks do not have the holes for the intermediate shaft

Just go pick up a sohc zc for 400 bucks and get the tranny too....problem solved, and you have an extra motor.
