from my understanding, hazw8st can take care of smog, but you can still get a ref ticket.
to the OP: you might be able to just pay the fine....look into that first. if not, then you'd have to get it back to stock. state ref will pull out digram of your motor and make sure all smog equipment is hooked up properly.

from what I was told this morning in court, because I'm in the same situation as well, it's one or the other.
You can pay off the fine and be cool until you get pulled over again, or you can get your car ref'd and just pay a $10 fix it ticket.
I would get the car bar'd so you have the piece of mind that when a cop pulls you over, they won't have that on you.

jus pay the fine man theyll send you a total bail and once u pay it ur fine but only thing is its going to be on your dmv record as a gross polluter...i just payed the total bail cuz i noe imma be spendin lot of money puttin it all back to stock...and yea total bail is like under $500...and when you smog the car in future you will have to go to test smog only center..but i didnt worrie bout dat..jus becareful next time and dont get pulled over...

If you have a greddy turbo kit, you can. I think they are the only company that makes them legal

jus to let you know if your thinkin of going to get your car ref..they want it back to stock..they check every single thing and they can be a bicth bout it...and they will let u fix it and come back... fixed it asap before they send the mail cause if u fix it and you received the mail you still have to pay total bail..so if your thinkin of gettin it ref make sure you pass and dont wait till the mail comes home...

never got the first set of injectors or did you forget. Also this is for my friends ride. Acura made more than one integra. Also your stuff is all on its way back and will pay pal cash ASAP> SO call me in the morn if you need to talk. Hard to answer phone when you are having surgery.

HEY GUYS, i changed my ef9 to a6. everything is stock. went to court, fought a misdemeanor (unlicensed driving) got it dropped to infraction and got my mod emissions violation dropped. how can i find if i still need to get it refed. i was too happy to ask the judge (got out of 30 days in county for 5th timer.) lmk. (dmv, carfax, court?) all i need to do is take it to the ref, lift the rear a bit, and hope that he doesnt trip about no reinforcement (jdm front end.)
