I hate my wife but gives me an excuse to buy....seat belt related
So i let my wife drive my car (see sig) while I drove my wife's car (rsx) for a day for a change. Next morning Im about to get in MY car and I see two straps hanging out the door. I look closely and they're my stock seat belt bitten in half by my dog because she left it hanging out, aaarrrggghhh! So instead of buying a stock replacement, Im thinking about buying a 4 pt seatbelt harness. My question is this: whats that brace that go across the stock seat belt just behind the head rests? B-pillar bar? The one people usually strap the 4 pt seat belt harness to? I already feel the noob flame coming on, just answer my question and Ill go away i promise,

it would need to be mounted correctly, which is as much as level as your shoulders as possible, sparco harness bar or autopower roll bar would solve that issue</TD></TR></TABLE>
Sparco harness bar...thanx. what yout thought i was going for an ebay one? I have a roll cage but my main hoop just behind the seats makes a X and isnt leveled (horizontal bar) like most roll cages.
sorry for not using search but i couldnt search because I didnt know what it was called

Be nice to your wife and your dog
lol, I'd go with an OEM strap instead of a harness, unless you've got a cage and wear a helmet

I was going to say the same thing.
I agree with the person that said to just replace it with the stocks. Even if you do slight autocrossing I still think its the safest bet. But its ultimately up to you man so good luck with your decision.
