I am posting this for a friend that is looking for some new fenders. He just picked up a '91 CRX and the driver fender has a little damage. He called the junk yard and they told him that a fender off of an EF hatch back will fit the CRX. We looked up the part numbers and they were different. Can anyone confirm this for us? Were both new to EF's and CRX's. Were used to EG hatches and DC's. Thanks for the help.

 

i dont think so, i want to replace the fenders on my CRX and when i held one off my hatch up to it it looks longer and the front looks different.

Damnit not this thread again. No, they will not fit.

 

As everyone else said...It will not fit properly...It would probably bolt up but wont line up right since CRX has that lower molding,sideskirt and corner lights are diff

Well, technicly they would fit on...all the bolt holes do match up. The only problem is you would have to swap the entire front bumper and filler from the hatch over with both fenders to make it work. Not to mention you won't have the plastic pieces at the bottoms of the fenders, but the body lines still match up anyway. Better off just ordering a new aftermarket one and painting it if he wants it perfect.
