You should use a 94-00 Integra intermediate half-shaft and axles. What ecu will you be using? You will probably be needing some sort of OBD0-OBD1 or OBD2 wiring conversion harness. You may also want to look at changing the water pump, timing belt, thermostat, and possibly the clutch assembly before you drop the motor into the car. It will be much easier to do this while the motor is out of the car.

well assuming its an EF your putting the swap into, correct me if im wrong people but wouldnt the axles have to be from a 90-91 teg? and your also gonna need the drivers side mount bracket from a b16 or b18a/b cause the GSR wont bolt to your EF using hasport mounts without changing the bracket

Axles depend on the mid-shaft you use, 90+ pass axles is the same for all integras, the drivers side is dependent on the mid-shaft, if you have a hydro trans ideally you should use a 94+ mid shaft and axles but you can use a 90-93 mid-shaft if you change the axle seal on the tranny...

As for the drivers side mount bracket I believe you ae correct

Rear bracket from a 90-93 teg...as for the harness you should use your stock harness and modify it as needed, that will save you headaches down the road and just use the OBD0 injectors and leave the ristor box, don't make more wiring than you need to do...also you can keep the car OBD0 and use Turboedit or BRE to control vtec properly or you can convert to OBD1 and use Chrome depending on which you do will effect which dizzy or rewiring you do for it...

is better to buy the conversion harness to make it obd1 like that u wont have the vtec problem because a lot of people use rpm activation box to activate vtec the problem is that the vtec will kick in i mean u will hear it but u wont get anymore power for the simple fact that ur no getten anymore fuel but if u buy the harness to make it obd1 u can use for exaple p72 and it will have the right fuel map so that vtec will kick in like it should, correct me if am wrong

You can use a cable driven speed sensor, one from a 90-91 Integra will work.

As far as the axles, I used a 98 GSR motor in my car, it came with the Intermetiat shaft.

The 90-93 teg axles has a diffrent inter shaft then the 94-00

If you use the 94-00 make sure you get the NON ABS axles, or else you will have your axles binding up on the dust shield on the rotor's, I had the motor in and out 3 times before we found where it was binding up!

if you dont have the inter shaft with your motor, then you can replace the seal and go with all 90-93 axles, which are a little cheaper, but I heard rumor that the 94-00 were slightly larger in diameter, not sure and havent confirmed this.

For the harness I used a 98 Civic SI harness, what a headache! I didnt get the harness with my motor, so I had to make my own from my factory DX harness and from plugs and injectors from the 98SI..

I converted from ODB0 to ODB1 via ecu harness, used a P28 ECU, But Im still missing some sensors as the ones that were in the motor were almost all bad
