I have a b18b in my crx obd1 conversion and some times when driving code 4 comes on and then when I shut it off it does not come on what would the cause of that? Would it throw my timeing off at all?

 

snice its obd1 converted ..it could be that a wire is missplaced..double check it..

 

Yea I was gonna double check the wire on the dizzy plugs. What would make it engine light come on then off like that?

 

I've been having the same problem myself for awhile now. My initial problem was loose wiring, but the code has come back so I dont think thats the problem anymore....

 

I havent thrown a code since wensday morning and my car has a bogging problem now its before 3k rpms and it happens sometime when you are on the gas and will not go ant were then while your still on the gas after a couple of secounds it will jerk back and go wheat eles could be casue that problem since it is not throwing a cel?
