Default Choosing cams for for lsvtec

Well my car will be lsvtec sometime next week an i ran into a problem with choosing a cam for my set, if im even able to run aftermarket cams. Well its a stock block b18b with a b16 head thats been milled a pretty decent amount. Like there is a spot on the back of b16 head that i was told that once you milled up to this line on the head that the head is no longer good or atleast honda says so. But basically from my head being milled that its damn near reached this line on the back of the head. An from what i was told a few people told me that i cant run any kind of cam besides my gsr because anything more aggresive like itr cams or blox type a,s2s1 would be dangerous because the ls pistons dont have good valve relief clearance. So i was wondering if there is anyway for me to measure or check to see if i can run a different set of cams because i have gsr cams in my b16 head right now. Oh yeah id like to get a opinion on the setup if possible too, id like to make 180-190whp with blox type a cams.

stock b18b bottom end
milled obd0 b16 head
arp head studs
1999 type r valvetrain
p73 type r intake manifold
gsr throttle body
dc sports 4-2-1 header
akimoto intake
apex n1 exhaust
gsr cams
skunk2 chipped ecu but will be on s300 soon after

I would look into doing somthing with those stocker LS rods first and foremost.

Not too many cams will be happy with low compression, LS pistons try some p30s imo.

No offence but make your motor right before you try to make it fast.

You're not going to make any power with LS pistons and a DC header, especially not their 4-2-1.

Yeah i was told that since my head has been milled twice now, on the stock ls pistons my compression would be 10.5 compression. Atleast thats what inline pro told me out in maryland. Oh yeah an i dont remember how much the head was milled the first tiem but the machine shop who is milling it not is taking another 0.010-1.015 off it. My guess is the head is prolly around 0.040 once its all said an done. An i will be using a stock honda b16 head gasket.

No.

Also, to go from 9.2:1 to 10.5:1 in compression from milling, that's something insane. If that were indeed true, you are definitely going to need some adjustable cam gears to compensate.
