Default What MPG are the "stock" accords getting on average?

I have a 2000 Accord Ex 2.3 5 spd and get up to 34.5 mpg. on the hwy (without going over 75 mph.) I have only 4 SLIGHT mods: I removed the intake silencer box, added a Tornado fuel saver and a Fuel master magnetic fuel saver, and run Amsoil 0W-30 the crankcase and Amsoil MTF in the tranny. This time I didnt want to make any major mods to my daily driver. I used to have a 95 accord that I put all kinds of parts into and felt like it was just a waste of $ in the end.

lol well I can tell you the

tornado and fuel master really don't do anything at all , the mpg is about right, if you keep it below 80 and at around 3k rpm you get between 28-34 mph

I am not sure if you are being sarcastic or serious. So if yo are serious 0w-30 is just a slightly thinner oil at startup hence there is less friction, less friction better effiency. Hybrid Hondas run 0w-20. I think you might see 1 or 2 miles to the tank. Nothing noticeable. But what do I know.

Thats pretty good, I would be happy with that. I get like 33-35mpg on the 13 year old accord. Did that tornado thing do anything? Because I have seen tests where that did absolutely nothing. Maybe.....?

O-W 30 is Awesome in Winter and It is designed to help you get better mileage. Im willing to think that it does. It makes the motor feel less "cold" when its not up to temp. And YES in my opinion the tornado makes a noticable difference in the torque curve of both my cars and but not so much on my truck.

Any body get rid of the silencer box thing in the fender before the air cleaner but keep the stock air filter? Its noisier and makes mine feel more powerful.
