Engine swap for my friend, will a H22A fit in a 92 accord?
My friends has a 92? automatic accord w/ a f22 engine and tells me that he's getting a H22A and it will just bolt right in his car and right up to his automatic transmission. Will this acutally work as easy as he says, I'm kinda skeptical but I didn't want to argue cause I didn't know for sure?
Yeah, searced under a few different key words and didn't see what I was looking for. I don't mean to sound like a dick but I don't really care much about whether this works or not for this kid, I was just hoping somebody could give me a quck yes or no answer.
yes and no. yes the h22a fits but no it is not a DIRECT BOLT IN. Wiring is needed as well as a few other mount modifications.

go to h22a.com, they'll show you everything you need to know about swaps and compatibility. yes, the h22 is a direct fit into that year accord. all you need to do is modify the wiring harness for vtec and a slight adjustment on the motor mounts!
