B16a wont start after swap

B16a wont start after swap
Its turning over but wont start. Firing order is correct, everything is grounded. I do not hear the fuel pump priming. What could be some causes of this ? Everything looked like it was hooked up correctly.
Also i have a prelude pump from a 98 h22a4 will that work if the pump is bad ?
