after swap car wont start when rain
After my shop put a jdm b16a I notice that when I wash my car or when it rain, the next morning it take about ten cranks or more until i hear the fuelpump pump then it start. can someone tell me what is wrong? I have a new fuel pump and a new fuel filter. maybe the power line to the fuel pump is not connect good when it got water.
Please help.

that's very odd. are you sure no wires are exposed?
your fuel pressure may not be high enough as well when the engine is cold or in cold weather.
make sure no wires are exposed and you have good connections. sounds to me like what you are thinking -- something is exposed when it gets wet.
