Default poor mans r buildup

hey guys its been years since i have really built a honda . i had a b16 back in the day and now im building a poor mans r . i have a gsr lower end and a b16a head as well as a gsr stock head . i have a few questions for anybody that could chime in. i am only planning on revving to 9500k at most and im keeping it stock internals for now. just valvetrain . copression around 10.6 to 11-1
1. which head will make more compression on the gsr lower ? stock gsr or pr3 ?
2. which head moves more air? has more flow cc's etc.
3. i am also considering new camshafts. what kind of power am i looking at with buddy club stage 3s and 4s respectively ?
i have searched and am having trouble finding anything within these specifics. thanx guys

BOOM.

Not all b16 heads are pr3s, and either way a search will cover this info and bring up a debate.

Stock? and at what rpm?

Bench racing won't help you esp when other then cams and block we have no idea what parts will be in it, BC cams may or may not suit you.

Try searching again, refine your questions or just read build ups of poormans Rs, or motors setup doing what you want for them.

why are you revving it to 9500rpm anyways. I garuntee those Buddy Club cams dont make power at that rpm, which in turn will actually make you lose power and risk valve float by over revving. Everyone says the b16 head flows the best, but without actually getting them flow benched theres no way of telling. If you have both heads, id take em to a machine shop, have them flow benched and go from there. Porting and polishing will help with flowage as well.

a poormans's type-r is gsr block,b16 head,type-r pistons and type-r cams..if you do just that setup you'll have a killer motor for somewhat cheap..

cool thanx . i know i shouldnt rev that high with those cams ...i was stating that was as high as i want to rev period . jut givin my max range to get the most accurate info.
i know what a poor mans type r is but i was considering just a built gsr if i find it to actually flow better up top and have higher compression.

Anything above 8200 is pointless.

id like to see some dyno graphs of cams making power over 8500rpm's honestly! Also from everything I have read and seen, people are using LS cranks in GSR bottom ends to make more power, due to increasing the stroke
