Default code 12 on a 90 accord ?
My sons accord is flashing a code 12, and using a lot of fuel. Where do I begin troubleshooting?TIA

Salvage yard another EGR valve.
There is a method for testing it; but the moderator of this forum wants no technical info posted. I'm suprised your post hasn't been deleted for having the year of the accord.
