Default what Throttle body will work for obd 1 b16 head?integra?

my tps is shot and instead of fighting with trying to get it off and replacing it i would rather just replace the whole throttle body.i know the del sol vtec is the identical one.but if i was to put integra throttle body (non gs-r) would it work and would there be a performance loss?and yes i have already tryed to collaborate the tps with a voltmeter
