Compression ratio.

Compression ratio is the ratio that when the piston's all the way down (BDC) and it goes up on the compression stroke (compresses the air) all the way to the top (TDC) where the air volume is at its smallest.

So 11:1 compression ratio means that when the piston's all the way down 11 times more air can fit int it than when it's all the way up.

It compresses the air in the combustion chamber to 1/11 its original size.

TDC = Top Dead Center (top of the piston's travel)
BDC = Bottom Dead Center (bottom of the piston's travel).

Hope that helps.

PM me if it doesn't.

As far as that "spoon engine" - it's not really a spoon engine, a spoon engine was one created by spoon, that's just some useless dick's build where he adds lots of spoon parts.

Spoon (and all name brand parts) can get ridiculously expensive. I'm talkin like $110 for a ******* radiator cap. Retardedly expensive.

How much will all that cost?

A **** load.

Then to top it all off....it won't even bee that much greater than a JDM B16a anyways. It'll be a bit more aggressive b/c of the spoon ECU, cam gear will allow it to be tuned finer, N1 may free up a little, but on a B16 doubt ur gonna see much outta it, cat will allow it to breathe better, **** like that.

Though I don't see it "smoking" a JDM B16a.

It'd probably win by a car length vs a car of the exact same design but with a regular JDM B16a with I/H/E and a more aggressive camshaft.
