o.k so I heard I have to use 80/90 wt gear oil, however certain honda guys insist that the bearings used in honda trannys have to be supplied with 5/30 wt or 10/30wt. or else they will not survive.... Someone that is really positive on what to do please advise me on what to do??

 

SAE30w is what I use on my lsd tranny

i think motor oil and gear oil, has different W ratings.

 

GL-5/80W-90 gear oil
