On my way home I hit a big ditch (real big that my bumper even hit it) and my radio and interior lights are dead. I tired replacing the fuse# 12 (15v) on my STD 91 hatch but it blew as soon as I turned the key to the on position. I rechecked the wires underneath dash and the fuse box in the engine bay as well and didn't see anything wrong! I've blown 3 fuses as of right now, so what could be wrong?

dont quote me on this but it sounds to me like it may be a grounding issue, maybe one of your ground wires came loose, recheck all the wires that may be attached to the body i would check on the side that the pot hole was on

 

You'll have better luck chasing that fuse # 12 and see where the short is...
