Default HEELLLLLP PLEASE!!!!!!!! CHARGING PROBLEMS ON 96 CIVIC EX

OK THIS IS THE DEAL.....THE ALTERNATOR DOES NOT CHARGE THE BATT. AND IS THE FOURTH ONE INSTALLED IN A WEEK....OBVIOUSLY NOT THE ALTERNATOR...THE ONLY ENGINE CODES ARE 14(IAC VALVE) AND 65(SECONDARY O2 SENSOR) I REMOVED THE ENGINE HARNESS COMPLETELY AND CHECKED FOR A SHORT CICUIT AND NONE WERE FOUND......PLLLLEEEEEEEEEZZZZ GIVE ME A HAND OR SOME ADVICE WITH THIS CUZ ITS REALLY FRUSTRATING...WRIGHT ON HERE OR JUST CALL OR LEAVE A MESSAGE AT 210-777-6996.....NAMES JONATHAN!

is there power going to the alternator?
is the ground good?
connections ok?
is the belt loose?
is there even a belt attached?

first of all im not a moron so yes the belt is on

battery terminals ok?
battery terminals loose?
has the battery been load tested?

also if you have a multimeter handy, that'll be very handy to see if its charging

My only idea would be shot down if you've tried other batteries. Maybe your battery was taken out by the bad alternator and wont hold a charge the alternator puts to it. Im thinking you would've tried this already. I know Advance auto parts runs free tests of batteries and chaging systems. this might help you narrow it down to one side or the other.
