I didnt have much luck with the DSS axles.

600/pair can get you some solid stage 2 axles from most companies, maybe even stage 3. you dont need that much.

I hear APC makes some d0pe axles. otherwise stick with OEM or raxles, gator, autozone GKC.

it all depends on how you treat them. there are 700whp cars using stock axles at the drag strip for an entire season. clutch dumps on the track at Expo wont help longevity

Hi BBrooklynITR,

Quit driving like an *** and go get your $100 NAPA axles. My ITR hasn't chewed them up yet!

Are you slammed or something? You're not making THAT much power.. How are you breaking axles on street tires? Maybe something else is wrong.

i am making 566 whp and launching on 24.5x9x15 wheels and have never broken an OEM axle. aftermarket axles will not hold up but oem axles will hold up until about 650whp. unless you have a twin disc clutch or something close to that. just preload and let off the clutch easy.

Damnit n00b, can't you search!!! Maybe some gator axles would do ya good. Stop being such a turd on the street and you probably wouldn't have that problem.

OK, sounds like it's a consensus. Raise your ride height and stop being a turd.
