ihave 93 dx coupe and my sirII engine is wasting a lot of gas idont know why it doing that normal driving i dont have the scremmer hooked up or the vtec silonoid
thats because its a dx wiring harness and it also idles funny i dont have the tech hooked either when i turn it on it kind of wants to shut of but it doesnt also was woundering what psi should the fuel be at and what injectors should i use my engine is stock only intake and dc header 4-1 and greddy evo2 need info thanks

 

Oh boy. First off, this is the wrong forum, but I'll give it a shot. I suggest you get your wiring situation figured out and completed. How bad is your gas mileage? Compared to a 1.5L DX motor, a B16 is not gonna get you as good mileage especially with a tighter ratio tranny. I'll bet the check engine light is on, and you have a few codes to fix. Driving a car that is not in good, running condition is not going to help you with gas mileage either.

the engine light is on i get 70 mile one 10 bucks and do you think that could hurt the engine. i was thinking that the light was on because of the vtec oil pressure switch and what forum should i go to thanks for help.
