possible new CRX build? turbo owners check in.
Ok, so a friend of mine picked up a rex i SHOULD have got but the ****** got there 12 minutes before i did. so the search continues.
so the plan is to get a stock 88-91 CRX. and id like to turbo the stock d-series right off the bat(custom peiced together kit). including lowering springs, short shifter, and hopefully get the exterior and interior as mint as possible so ill be picking up a couple new OEM peices along the way. my questions are:
for those with turbo D's, what size exhuast piping are you running and is it turbo manifold back?
and what ECU upgrades do you have?
Thanks in advance and hopefully i can find myself a nice CRX within the $500 range

For my old D16a6 turbo setup I ran a 2.5 down pipe into a stock exhaust...was kind of crappy and restrictive so i switched to open downpipe and gained 2 psi
anyways a 2.5-3.0 exhaust is good for a turbo car 3.0 being you are running a large turbo...
I ran a chipped pm6 w/ turboedit
