Default No compression after turbo

I just put on all my turbo stuff on my 1990 Acura Integra. I drove it in the shop running great, then a few hours later I go to start it and nothing. I have fuel and spark but no compression, I mean none 0 across the bored. what the hell happened?

i'd be willing to bet timing belt is the problem because im pretty sure that he would notice if it was blown any other way....it would have been more obvious and probably would have started still....
