i was thinking of doing a swap then putting a turbo on it, i dont see many modfied cars here in nyc..just thought i'd get some opinions on what you guys would do

 

I dont like the wheels and the neons and you should lower it more that. Its your thing and whatever you think is good for you go for it. These are just my opinions.

 

i would lower it more, but living in nyc is pot hole galore and with the snow we get here in the winter..its the best interest for my car

how much money do you have to play with?

 

I live about 10 blocks away from you, the neons and mirrors are wack

you need some suspension, but do your damn reseach before you buy some ebay ****, engine bay looks clean

 

not my style but it's not too too bad....i say ditch the neons like yesterday and maybe get some 16'' rims, IMO 17's are just too big on a civic...maybe lower it more too, but it's not a bad start

 

i have the suspension..eibach pro springs..if i were to lower it anymore my exhaust would be scratched and dented up with the pot holes here..

the money i made thie past summer at my job was around $10kish

 

If I had 10k to spend on my ride, it would have been done by now. How much do you have to spend? I want to know how much you have, not how much you made.

 

i like how the plate blocks the radiator.

 

well my future plans are for next summer...jus give me ideas with prices..i'll be the one spending the money

I'm still a supported of neons (on the right car), but it's not working on your car. It's way too stock in appearance to support them.

Rims... not my style. Bronze rims, silver car...

If money isn't an issue, engine swap, build the internals, then turbo. If you want to save, build your little single banger then turbo.

If you want to keep the neons, you'd better do some bangin *** appearance to compliment it. well... more like mods that the neons will compliment.

the rims are silver..they just look bronze from the lighting

This is just my opinion.....ditch the neons, mirrors, wheels, lip, motor, and anything with the word DC on it. Simple b16, si wheels, si lip and grill, and stock mirrors would change it a ton. Like I said that is just MY opinion. It's your car, do what makes you happy.

do a search for Honda OEM and you should easily be able to find one on ebay with no problems.

 

drop it. get different wheels, and lose the neon. oh, and the motor too.
