i have a friend who has an rsx type s, and recently he installed a short ram intake by fujita, now whenever he gives the car some gas we would here a slight whistling sound from the intak but the thing is that the whistling sound stays constant and doesnt go away as long as his foot is on the peddal....

is this normal or is ther something wrong?
