bent tip on spark plug
this is how it goes i was driveing my car and it turned off. i restarted it and it was running on 3 cylindars. so the problems ends up that the plug was bent on the tip. and the plug is kinda black. what could cause this and how can i fix this so it will not happen agean? old plug had about 30k on it and it was NKG ZFR5J

I'm assuming that means the grounding strap - the L-shaped piece - is bent in toward the electrode. The only time I've ever seen that is when a cylinder hydrolocked. I assume - and don't take this as gospel - that a precise detonation could do that, but it's unlikely.

replace it, perhaps? then run it and see if you have any problems. if it was running fine before it happened, and if you replace it and it runs fine, i'd say you're good to go. if it repeats, then check it out. this is all assuming that you don't have anything critically wrong with that combustion chamber, of course.
