Default tips and ideas from all you guys on a b18b ITB's

Im more intrested on dimension and size's you guys would use to go ahead and make an ITB for an LS motor. The optimum runner length and size ,t-body size, and sizes of the velocity stacks to acheive optimum power over let say short runners that you would get from a better flowing head like GSR, B16 and Type-R. This is purely experimental, im using this specs to use on my LL0 saturn head wich flows just a bit less than an LS head but have about the same motor characteristics. Just throw me ideas, pics if any and if anyone has a dyno out their i would greatly appreciate it..
