yes Ive searched and read the arguments civic si, vs rsx, but havnt seen them compared to a dc2.

Im in the market for another car, (just sold my ej8) The New car is gunna be a dd , I plan on hitting a few auto x and track sessions yearly. Based on this which car is overall bettter?(setting looks aside) I want something that is gunna be fun to drive on the track rather then a pain in the ***. I know the RSx+Si will be new , so warranty will be an issue, but i plan on modding(nothing major though)(boltons,+cams) so that kind throws it out the window. And I dont mind buying a used car, Id be nice to have something new but if the dc2 is that much better then i can sacrifice that.

the k20 (a2, z1) in the rsx-s is a great engine, and responds well to bolt on mods plus the hondata relfash or k-pro. it is a newer car than an itr and you'll be a lot more likely to find one with lower miles. the itr hasn't been in production for almost 6 years. '06 si is a good car, it does have a lsd, but it's drive by wire and you'll most likely have to buy a new one. imo, get a year or two old rsx-s and do the basic i/h/e plus hondata kpro. when you get a cam package (and tune) you'll be rewarded with 220-240 whp.
