Um, no. When you lower a car, camber does not need to be adjusted. It can be adjusted, if you want to spend the money on some form of aftermarket camber adjustment part though. I would never use a camber kit on the front of most Hondas for street only use, as they are rather suspension travel limited to begin with, and a replacement UCA will only make matters worse. Now, for track use, and to dail in an exact camber value or to get more camber than just lowering provides, then I would go with a set of camber adjusting UCAs.
A pillow ball mount is just a tophat, or upper spring perch, replacement and will not change camber.

^^^ what he said except i will elaborate a lil more........... yes they do make pillow ball mounts for our cars BUT pillow ball only means there is a sepherical bushing on the shock shaft/ top hat........ no bushing there
now the adjustable pillowball mounts are only on macphearson strut cars, where changing strut position does change camber........ on double wishbone suspensions, like on most of our cars, the only way to adjust camber is to have adjustable control arms
im assuming by your name that you drive a del sol so if you want to adjust camber you need the control arms........... now if you have a newer honda like an rsx, etc alot of them are using macphearson setups in the front so an adjustable pillowball mount would be beneficial to them

They are not worth much to 99% of people. Consider that you are going to be increasing the harshness of the ride with no rubber to isolate the shocks coming from the corners - is that worth it for a difference in performance that the car will never see?
