Default downpipe+catback

has anyone tried putting both a magnaflow catback exhaust system and a megan racing downpipe on their fg? would it free up more power that to just install the magnaflow alone? thanks for any help.

I think the down pipe will not make much diffrance on stock motor until you interduce forced induction. Then you will see and feel the diffrance.

i combined the two but with a custom 2.5" exhaust and didnt notice any difference, but if you put a pulley kit, you'll notice it going to redline faster so imo its better to take that cat out and put a aftermarket one

so are you saying that if i were to get a magnaflow and the megan racing downpipe, it would be better than just getting the exhaust? also what is a pulley kit/what does it do?

pully kit slowes down your accelaries so you can have a little bit more power..... but depending on the vehicle it can go up to 10 hp or so not much..... and i know for a turbo vehicle if you do a down pipe you want to do an up pipe as well
