Ok so my girlfriend bought me the Mugen strut tower bar for x-mas (and since we live alone we decided to have x-mas early) now to the point. Incase none of you have purchased any Mugen parts before the directions come in Japanese and the pictures are less than helpful.

Best i can tell by the pictures there should be 4 studs coming from the shock tower area that it bolts to. well after looking under my hood i dont seem to have these studs. rather in place of where they should be i have 4 oval punch-out looking tabs. after reviewing the parts list provided in the box everything is there....so am i supposed to go to the hardware store and buy the studs, and then drill/punch out the holes? any help would be appreciated (i have a 99 ex or EJ8 for those of you who know your chasis codes.

yes you will have to drill out the holes you have marked..and provide your own hardware to mount it..

Thanks man...i figured as much just needed someone to confirm...of to the hardware store.

You would think with the money she spent on this piece it would come with everything along with instructions in english...oh well i can make do

you can't expect them to make the instructions in english or bolts for a US car, they obviously made the strut bar for JDM civics which came with a the stock strut bar and the bolts

Correction i can expect them to...but that does not mean that they are going to
