Default B18c1 build.

I have a b18c1 head that is stock no head work and a bare b18c1 block. I want to build an all motor 2 liter vtec monster but am not sure if i should go with a b20 block or just bore my gsr block out to 85 mm? The b20 block is 84mm with a 89mm stroke 1973cc. the b18c1 block is 81mm with a 87.2 mm stroke. I was wondering what the diffrence is and would it just be better for me to get the blcok bored out to 85 mm and could i change the stroke bore also? I need alot of help on deciding where to start please help.

Well either way I'd say you should sleeve it so its not gonna be a budget/cheap build.
