what do u think?

went to the track and saw a civic hb run mid-high 13s that had stock sohc engine with just a turbo and no intercooler which is good what do u think?

lots of boost maybe 15 psi or so its not hard really ive seen a stock lookin rex with a z6 no mods except IHE do a 14.4 on street tires...so a 13 isnt hard

With good driving that is not hard at all. 88-91 Civics/CRXs are light and take less power to run the same times as heavier cars. With a good driver it is definitely possible.
