Default What Shift boot / Shift **** you got ???????????

Hey i was thinking of changeing my shift boot and shift **** I wanted to know if anyone had like a smoked/black aluminum shift **** with red 1- R with a black with red stitching shift boot. If you do have this plz post pictures and where you got them cause I am having trouble finding one i think would look right. If not just show off what you got with pictures

Well, here is mine. It's the JDM Type R shift ****, not black, but it's silver with the red lettering. And the DC2 Type R shift boot. All 100% real JDM. you can get them at, and yes i know the bolt is upside down in the pic, it's fixed now.

http://www.jdmland.com, http://www.jhpusa.com, http://www.inlinefour.com, ebay. you name it, alot of people carry them.

did u have to modify the shift boot to fit? or was it a direct drop in replacement?

I think the modification requires you to take the staples out of the existing ring, and staple in the new boot, but I'm not 100% sure.

you have to cut it and fit it in. Its not hard to do tho. I have the jdm boot with the hks d1 shift ****. Will post pics later
