Burnt Smell?
I purchased an 07 Fit Sport w/ AT yesterday. After test driving the car, I thought I smelled what smelled like burnt clutch. I didn't think anything of it because the smell was so faint.
Anyways, after going out last night, when I returned home, I noticed the same smell. I popped the hood, and I noticed it more. I don't know if it's more like a burnt clutch or burnt rubber type smell.
Is this common with new cars? It's my first, and it has 89 miles.
And I didn't rev it hard either btw...

Probably normal, but you could check the engine oil and transmission fluid levels (or ask the dealer to do it).
Also, it's not very likely, but you could play with the parking brake to verify that's it's not partially engaged. You should see a light on the dash if it's engaged, however.
