When its really cold outside (40 degrees or below), my left turn signal won't work for about 10 seconds. The right signal works right away, but the left one takes some time to work. Its like it has to warm up or something. Is this bad wiring, or what?

 

don't know.....i would prob. check the bulb and the bulb housing first...
